Level 1 Package:
1. VERIFICATION OF IDENTITY/SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER SEARCH
Several sources are used to verify an applicant’s identity through social security number/date of birth.
2. EDUCATION VERIFICATION
The highest degree received by the applicant is confirmed.
3. EMPLOYMENT SCREENING
A five-year retrospective investigation of former employers listed on an applicant’s employment application and/or resume is conducted to confirm information supplied (dates of employment, position, reason for leaving). Further investigation concentrates on their character, integrity, and reliability.
4. DMV DRIVING RECORD CHECK
An applicant’s driving record is obtained from the Department of Motor Vehicles (in accordance with state law) In order to verify license status, determine accident history, and review suspensions/revocations. Required are driver’s license number and date of birth.
5. CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK/ARREST RECORD
A county criminal check is conducted regarding an applicant’s current residence. If they have not resided in the same county for three months, the previous county is researched. If statewide researches are available they are conducted. (Only one county is included in this package; if a maiden name, alias or additional county is to be searched, a supplementary fee will be incurred.)
6. SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY SEARCH
Records are searched through the national sex offender database.
Level 2 Package:
Our Level 2 package includes numbers 1 – 6 of Level 1 PLUS:
1. FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
An applicant’s credit report is obtained through a National Credit Bureau and an evaluation of credit history is made.
2. EMPLOYMENT
A ten-year retrospective investigation of former employers listed on an applicant’s employment application and/or resume is conducted to confirm information supplied (dates of employment, position, reason for leaving). Further investigation concentrates on their character, integrity, and reliability.
3. CERTIFICATION
Licenses and/or certifications reported by an applicant are verified.
